I stayed in a hotel nestled next to a beautiful forest, which provided a calming and serene atmosphere. the location offered stunning views of the surrounding area, including the nearby lake. the hotel was conveniently located near the main stop and was easily accessible via a funicular tram. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options. the hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and outdoor terrace.
The hotel's decor was a bit dated, but this did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was the best idea ever! the first thing that caught my attention was the stunning view from the balcony, which made me feel like I was in a winter wonderland. the breakfast served was a feast to my mouth, with a variety of delicious foods to choose from. the indoor swimming pool was heavenly, and it was warm enough to swim comfortably throughout the cold mornings.
But, the location was a bit far from the shopping area, so I had to take a taxi each time I wanted to go shopping, and that was rather costly. although the bed was comfortable, the blankets could have been a bit more fluffy to keep me extra warm on those cold winter nights.

We liked the convenient location (a very quiet and natural neighborhood near to the centre), the wonderful view over the city and the lake and the relatively modest price. The style is not contemporary but the premises and rooms are incredibly shiny and well maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from our room was simply incredible, definitely worth the extra cost. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. We enjoyed the tasty cuisine at the restaurant, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel's location on a hilly suburb called Dolder provided a unique and picturesque setting, and it was conveniently close to the zoo and trendy side of the lake. The funicular railway, although not recommended for those afraid of heights, was a fun and memorable experience.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great view of the city & lake, very big room, big pool.
Breakfast is fair and city is at 10-15 minutes by car, if you miss the free hourly shuttle of the hotel you need a cab so the room price gets in fact a little higher - but still reasonable compared to other city hotels of the same level.

Fantastic amenities and location. The hotel offered free parking and internet access, and the indoor heated pool was a highlight. The hotel's key location made it easy to access the city with a speedy shuttle service. It was great to be able to relax at the hotel and then easily explore the nearby area.
Unfortunate noise pollution from a nearby road detracted from the overall peacefulness of the experience. Despite being situated in a quiet area, the road noise made it difficult to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony.

The view from the balcony. The comfort of the bed and sound isolation of the room. Free wi-fi. Big rooms. Location near the park and zoo.
Far from main station. To reach the hotel by public transport you have to change the tram. Burish treatment of the hotel staff. They take a deposit from your credit card, and the take it more than it was announced. They have mixed my birthday date with the passport details of my colleague and this was the reason for police visit to him at 7 AM. Nobody have appologized after. They was also a big mess during the check out. Far from 5 stars level.
